Please review the following list of documentation. Copies of these items will be needed to process your loan in a timely manner.


Employment / Income / Assets:
* W-2's for 2009 and 2010.
* Most recent pay stubs for the past 30 days.
* 2 most recent statements for checking, savings, investments, etc.
* Most recent quarterly statement for your retirement/401K account.
* Please send ALL PAGES for the bank and investment statements.

If you are Self Employed or have Rental Property Income:
* Federal Tax Returns (all schedules) and K-1's for 2009, 2010.
* Rental / Lease Agreements for each rental property.
* Letter from your CPA stating you are currently self-employed.

Other Items:
* Real Estate purchase agreement contract (Purchase only).
* Current mortgage statement if you are refinancing or buying a 2nd home or investment property.
* Name and phone number of your insurance agent.
* Divorce decree, alimony and child support documentation. ALL PAGES
* Copy of your Drivers License or Passport.
* A check for $400 made payable to Cherry Creek Mortgage for your appraisal.
